Country Lead, Philippines – Senior Vice President

Overview

Country Head Philippines has overall responsibility for the management of all operations in Manila. This entity will grow to 2,500 by 2029 and support business critical services and processes across our asset servicing and asset management businesses, including within our Global Delivery and Global Technology Services organizations, as well as corporate functions (Finance, Global Human Resources, Global Marketing, Risk Management, Compliance, Audit). The role oversees State Street’s workforce in the Philippines and delivers the aforementioned processes and services in partnership with global business and corporate function leaders. Leadership and oversight span the entire footprint in the Philippines while ensuring appropriate structures and accountability with senior stakeholders in the US, Europe, APAC and India. The role also governs compliance within the country’s regulatory framework.
