Required Experience

• 5–15+ years’ experience in QSR, hospitality, or high-volume retail environments
• Proven multi-site or regional leadership experience within fast‑paced operations
• Strong track record of managing high-volume restaurant or retail operations
• Experience driving performance, profitability, and operational turnaround initiatives
• Background in leading teams across multiple locations or large operational units
• Demonstrated ability to work in challenging, emerging, or rapidly changing markets
• Experience with franchise or corporate QSR operating models advantageous
• Willingness to relocate across African markets for expat assignments
• Strong understanding of operational standards, compliance, and brand execution
