Country manager / lodge manager couple

Country Manager holds full accountability for the operational, financial , and statutory performance of the Malawi portfolio (3x lodges). This role requires a strategic leader with strong business acumen , excellent organisational capability , and the ability to manage diverse teams and functions across multiple locations.
