- Development and adjustment of the subsidiary's long‑term and mid‑term strategy together with the Management Team
- Responsibility for the implementation of the defined strategy within the subsidiary
- Act as a role model and align Management Team with the vision and mission statement of PERI Group and ensure execution in day‑to‑day business
