We are recruiting a customer focused and hands-on Country Manager on behalf of our client, to take commercial responsibility for the Norwegian operations on behalf of FrostPharma AB. This role presents a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact position within a small but ambitious specialty pharma company with a growing footprint across the Nordics.
**About the Role**
As Country Manager Norway, you will be responsible for driving FrostPharma’s business growth and success across a broad portfolio of therapeutic areas. You will lead both planning and execution, ensuring successful product launches, lifecycle optimization, market access, and strong local stakeholder engagement.
This is a key position where you will represent FrostPharma on the Norwegian market and work cross-functionally across the Nordic team.
