Report to the Regional Sourcing Manager within the Sourcing department located in La Roca del Valles. This position is a permanent contract.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Accountable for managing a defined group of vendors and partnerships to reach Hager objectives regarding quality, costs, lead time, compliance and sustainable criteria. Lead commercial negotiations.
  
• Incorporate ESG requirements as part of the sourcing and ensure vendors and other business partners match Hager objectives set in the Code of Sustainable Sourcing.
  
• Develop and manage overall regional sourcing roadmaps and strategies for assigned spend categories, aligned with group sourcing policy and strategies, and oversee execution of initiatives. Accountable...
