Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure front-office execution of logistics services meets contractual SLA, compliance, safety, and security requirements.
- Supervise daily operations including manpower deployment, attendance management, and service execution.
- Conduct manpower planning, demand forecasting, and resource allocation to meet operational requirements.
- Manage rostering to ensure optimal manpower utilisation and coverage.
