• Provide overall support for course operations, coordination and general office administration through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication
• Plan and improve SOP.
• Ensure daily operation run smoothly.
• Working with Course Developers for new course development
• Course Auditing
• Course update, submission to relevant agency
• Improving learner experience.
• Provide Training for new Trainers
• Provide overall support for course operations , co-ordination and general office administration through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
