Court of Protection Solicitor

An established law firm in Greater Manchester is looking to appoint an experienced Solicitor or FCILEx to join its expanding Court of Protection team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior legal professional who enjoys handling complex Court of Protection matters and is looking to join a collaborative team where they can make a genuine impact. Alongside managing a varied caseload, you'll have the chance to support the development of junior colleagues and contribute to the continued growth of the department.

The Opportunity

You'll take responsibility for your own caseload of Court of Protection matters, including complex and strategic cases, with the autonomy to manage litigated matters where appropriate.
