We are looking for a qualified CP Coordinator to join our established team at GEMS Education in Dubai, starting from August 2026.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for the IB Career-related Programme (CP), ensuring full alignment with IB standards, practices, and philosophy.
- Oversee the planning, delivery, and ongoing development of the CP curriculum, including the core components: Personal and Professional Skills (PPS), Reflective Project, Language Development, and Service Learning.
- Work collaboratively with Heads of Department and subject teachers to ensure effective integration of CP pathways with the wider Secondary curriculum.
