Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Project Analysis: Financial modeling and analysis, Project proposal, analysis and screening documents, and project due diligence.
2. Business Development: Prospecting, industry-specific and market research, and special projects.
3. Sales Disciplines: Preparing pitch books, pre-call planning, sales pipeline review and management, marketing material development, and sales tools support.
4. Client support: Attend client calls and meetings and supports the client planning end-to-end process.
5. Works with PM Associates and Portfolio Managers in the evaluation and underwriting of new opportunities.
6. Works with PM Associates and Portfolio Managers in completing performance and monitoring activity for an assigned portfolio to include overall portfolio management and required risk monitoring activity.QUALIFICATIONS
