As the Design & Brand Lead, you are the visual storyteller who ensures our brand feels premium, cohesive, and professional across every internal and external touchpoint. Success in this role means creating a visual identity that creates immediate trust in prospects and provides the Sales team with best-in-class collateral that wins deals. You will support the entire organization, from high-level brand campaigns to granular sales pitch decks and social media assets. Your work bridges the gap between marketing's reach and sales' closing power.
Key Responsibilities
Develops all marketing creative assets including social graphics, ad banners, and email templates.
Designs high-stakes sales decks, pitch presentations, and one-pagers that align with brand standards.
