Creative Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Creative Strategy & Conceptualization
- Lead the brainstorming and development of original, big idea concepts for 360-degree advertising campaigns.
- Act as the primary guardian for client brand identities, ensuring all visual and written content is consistent and on-brand.
- Confidently pitch creative directions and mockups to clients, explaining the strategic reasoning behind design choices.
2. Team Leadership & Workflow
- Direct and mentor a team of designers, multimedia artists, and copywriters, providing clear creative direction and constructive feedback.
- Assign projects based on team strengths and manage production schedules to ensure all agency deadlines are met.
