What You'll Do Every Day
- Write hooks, scripts, and copy that stop the scroll and drive action
- Get on set and direct — camera, talent, energy, everything
- Own the creative strategy across Meta ads, Reels, and short-form
- Build and lead the creative team we're putting together
- Sit with the founder's office and shape what the brand looks, sounds, and feels like
- Review edits, push back, and make the final call

- You've worked inside a D2C brand — not just served one as an agency
- You've personally written scripts that performed, not just briefed writers...
