Creative Operations Assistant

About The Role We are seeking someone who can manage resource allocation, project timelines, and team tasks while assisting in production logistics and liaising with internal/external parties. The role also involves organising digital files, ensuring backups, and supporting campaign execution. You should have the ability to commit to a minimum of 24-week (6 months) internship. What You Will Do Resource and capacity management Allocate resources to projects (client and organic) Assign tasks to team members based on their skills and availability Ensure timely delivery of projects and that all team members are aware of their deliverables and deadlines
Production management Assist in planning the production logistics for team members and projects Assist in producing for campaigns and work alongside team members for the successful execution and completion of projects Key liaison for external and internal parties including sourcing for vendors, scouting for locations, talent sourcing etc....
