Key responsibilities

• Dissect Briefs - Thoroughly analyze client briefs to identify and understand core objectives, target audiences, platforms, timelines, and project requirements.
• Research - Conduct in-depth research on industries, brands, audiences, talent, trends, cultural moments, and existing content to uncover insights and opportunities that inform creative development.
• Develop Ideas & Brainstorm - Conceptualize original ideas, formats, and creative approaches for pitches and productions across branded content, digital, social, documentary, and commercial projects. Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to refine ideas and adapt to feedback.
• Creative References & Moodboards - Continuously source and curate creative references, inspiration videos, case studies, and moodboards that help communicate creative direction, tone, style, and storytelling approach.
