CREATIVE SERVICES PRODUCER - WECT

Job Summary/Description:

As a Creative Services Producer, you'll concept, produce, and deliver compelling on-air and digital creatives that strengthen the WECT brand and help our advertising partners succeed.

Duties/Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Produce end-to-end creative: develop concepts, write scripts, shoot video, edit, and deliver finished spots and promos.
- Create multi-platform campaigns for station image, special projects, news promotion, and marketing initiatives.
- Partner with Sales to create effective, client-focused commercial creative from brainstorm to final approval.
- Collaborate across teams (news, digital, sales, production) to keep projects on track and aligned with priorities.
- Manage multiple deadlines with strong organization, clear communication, and attention to detail.
- Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables while keeping the work fresh and audience-first.
