About the role

Bilibili is building its creator ecosystem in Southeast Asia from the ground up. This is a platform-side role where you recruit creators to build, publish and earn natively on Bilibili. You will own the creator pipeline for your market end-to-end: finding the right creators, winning their trust, onboarding them onto Bilibili's signature surfaces with cross audience reach into Bilibili's China community, helping them on their creator journey to their first content and first payout.

What you'll do

1. Build and own the creator pipeline

a. Source, recruit, onboard, and maintain long-term relationships with creators in your designated language region, building a strong local creator network on Bilibili. Direct, in-house recruitment is your primary channel.

b. Identify and win priority anchor creators and grow them into long-term relationships.
