Creator Partnerships Manager

We are looking for a commercially driven Creator Partnerships Manager to support business development and expand our sales function here in Malaysia. This is a ground-floor opportunity, you will be a key sales personnel in the business, responsible for acquiring new deals with brands and agencies, building a pipeline, and eventually growing a team around you. The right person is as comfortable closing deals independently as they are thinking about long-term sales strategy and team structure.

What you will be doing:

• Business development and pipeline ownership : Drive new business by proactively engaging brands, agencies, and strategic partners. Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to closing, and build a healthy, growing pipeline from the outset.
• Revenue targets : Set and deliver on revenue KPIs. Ensure that the pipeline has a good conversion rate and that revenue targets are met.
