JOB MANDATE
To deliver comprehensive and risk-based financial analysis that accurately assesses borrower risk profiles to support prudent and well-informed lending decisions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Credit Due Diligence
Assesses financial soundness and repayment capacity of borrowing clientsValidates and analyses historical financial statements for accuracy and performance trendsIdentifies appropriates assumptions and performs financial projections primarily to evaluate the borrowing client's repayment capacityPerforms sound reconstruction of financial statements with clear basis and assumptions for adjustmentsConducts site visits and engages in client discussions together with the relationship manager, especially for new clients, in order to further understand the client’s business operation and validate information obtained versus available financial data 2.
