Responsibilities

• Manage the credit approval process, ensuring all credit applications are evaluated following company policies.
• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on overdue payments to minimize outstanding debt.
• Coordinate with the sales team to resolve customer discrepancies and improve collection rates.
• Prepare reports on account status and collection activities for management review.
• Negotiate payment arrangements with customers to recover overdue amounts efficiently.
