Description

• Manage and oversee the entire credit and collections process to ensure timely collections.
• Analyze credit information and assess potential clients’ creditworthiness.
• Communicate with customers regarding overdue accounts and negotiate payment plans.
• Prepare detailed reports on collections performance and aging accounts.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve client disputes and improve customer service.

Requirements
