Credit and Collections Representative

Job Description
Insight Global is looking to hire a Credit and Collections Representative for a large customer. This role is fully remote but looking for someone that sits in PST or MST time zones. Responsibilities include:
-Responsible for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts
-Contact customers regarding payment status
-Answering incoming customer calls -- high volume
-Assist with customers and profit centers to get disputed invoices resolved
-Assist general contractors for specific jobs and make arrangements for joint checks
-Update and amend customer maintenance information
-Perform other duties as assigned by Credit Supervisor
