Credit and collections specialist

Bring your curiosity to work as our next Credit and Collections Specialist . You will be an integral member of the Corporate Units team within Atlas Copco Colombia Ltda, reporting to the Finance Department lead. In this role, your mission is to effectively manage the credit and collections process, ensuring timely payments and maintaining strong customer relationships. Your efforts will directly contribute to the financial health and success of our company by optimizing cash flow and minimizing credit risk.

Your day-to-day

• Monitor customer accounts to identify payment risks and overdue balances.
• Communicate proactively with customers to ensure timely collections while preserving positive relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of credit limits, payment terms, and collection activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as sales and legal to resolve disputes and implement credit policies effectively.
