Our client, an elite US City law firm is seeking an experienced Credit Funds Lawyer with solid experience handling Luxembourg‑domiciled fund structures to join the team on a 6‑month fixed term contract due to an increase in workload.

The role:

The successful individual will work closely with the firm’s market‑leading funds team, taking on a broad range of responsibilities connected to the structuring, formation, fundraising and ongoing operation of investment vehicles. The role will involve advising on:
Investment funds (open and closed‑end) across asset classes including credit, private equity, infrastructure, real estate, and venture capital

Co‑investment structures and segregated mandates
