Job Description

  Roles and Responsibilities    
 Appraise and process Loan against Property/Home Loans proposals for the Geography by 
 adhering Policy and Processes Laid down by the Bank. 
 Monitor the existing portfolio for Loan Against Property Book for the location. 
 To fulfill internal and external compliance requirements of bank . 
 To work in close co-ordination with business team and other units of the bank 
 To co-ordinate with the different vendors like,Valuer and Legal/LIP etc 
 Comply on all Audit Requirement and revert on compliances if any.
