Credit & Operations Lead

This role is for a newly launched SME lender preparing to enter the market. We offer working capital loans & other financing solutions to Singapore SMEs. You will be our first hire — working directly with the owner to take the business from zero to one.

This is an entrepreneurial role. For the first 3–6 months you will operate solo, along with the founder, across every part of the business: credit, operations, product, design reviews, go-to-market. As we launch and scale, additional hires will follow and you will have the opportunity to step up as Head of Credit & Operations or General Manager based on your interests, capability and performance.

In addition to the salary, milestone bonus up to S$30,000 in Year 1 , tied to actionable targets, and measurable portfolio quality KPIs.
