Responsibilities
- Check to ensure security documents received are in order.
- Updating of collateral data in LOADS system.
- Safe-keeping of security documents.
- Management of movement of security documents.
- Provision of security documents upon receipt of request from internal/ external customer.
- Support all Recovery units in retrieving and photocopying of security documents.
- Security compliance confirmation.
- Reconstruction of missing/ defective security documents.
- Custodian and management of credit files.
- Management of inward mails.
- Digitizing of security documents in e-DMS.
- Ensure task assigned are carried out efficiently, meeting TAT and set targets.
- Performance of duties to be in line with set procedure and within Bank’s policy and guidelines.
