Credit Risk Manager – German speaker - Commercial bank (Comunidad de Madrid)

We are partnering with a leading European specialist bank in real estate and public sector financing to hire a Loan Manager / Credit Risk Manager for its growing Loan Management team in Madrid. This is a high‑impact role working on complex real estate and portfolio financings across several European markets within an international environment.

The role

• Prepare simple to complex loan applications from a market perspective for portfolios in the bank’s European target markets.
• Analyse cash flows, structures and risks for new and existing transactions and ensure alignment with the bank’s credit risk strategy.
• Work closely with Originators as a point of contact for clients, covering both new business and an international existing portfolio.
• Take responsibility for conditions precedent/subsequent, internal credit processes and disbursement, as well as the structuring and monitoring of collateral.
