Credit Risk Manager

Job Summary

This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the credit risk acquisition management framework for consumer lending products, with a specific focus on acquisition, portfolio analytics, and collections. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, experience in credit risk assessment, and the ability to drive performance through effective risk strategies. Success in this role will be measured by achieving the following key outcomes:

• Effective Credit Risk Management: Ensuring that all credit risks – whether from new accounts, existing portfolios, or delinquent segments – are identified, assessed and mitigated to protect the asset quality and profitability
• Innovative Risk Strategies and Solutions: Designing and deploying tools, scorecards (application, behavioral, collections/ECL), and frameworks that enhance credit evaluation, monitoring, and mitigation across the consumer credit lifecycle
