Job Title: Creditors Administrator (Joburg)

A well‑established Group of companies in the Commercial industry, is looking for a skilled Creditors Administrator. This position is an interim level and will deal directly with 3 senior managers and 2 directors, of which the individual will report to the Group Financial Manager. The candidate will be responsible for the full creditors/supplier function within the group.

Responsibilities Create purchase orders, drive the approval process, send out and follow up. Create GRV's for received orders. Capture creditor/supplier invoices and match to PO's and GRV's. Prepare creditor/supplier reconciliations. Resolve creditor/supplier invoice and statement discrepancies. Prepare weekly, mid-month and monthly creditor/supplier payments (based on credit terms).
