Key Responsibilities

• Debt Collection & Cash Flow Optimisation: Proactively pursue overdue accounts, negotiate structured repayment plans, and monitor high-risk balances to achieve collection targets.
• Accounts Receivable & Reconciliations: Perform comprehensive allocations of incoming internet banking receipts, verify statements, and resolve complex billing disputes efficiently.
