Job Description
Shift is a 2/3/2 pattern, 12-hour shifts. 5:30 – 5:30. Successful candidate should be able to work night shift.
Primary Responsibilities
Supervising electrical craft, mechanical craft and production employees within the department, acting as a resource for maintenance guidance to craft and other manufacturing personnel. Providing technical maintenance support for assigned area. Executing planned and unplanned work to meet department goals. Coordinate repairs with customers to ensure minimal equipment downtime. Following up on equipment issues and developing technical problem-solving solutions. Providing on-call response to remedy critical maintenance situations. Engaging in continuous improvement initiatives of manufacturing methods, working hand in hand with craft employees. Leading LTV processes and procedures.
