Plan and execute
crew changes
across assigned vessels, ensuring timely relief and minimal operational disruption Coordinate with manning agents, masters, and internal teams for
mobilisation and demobilisation of seafarers Ensure all crew meet
certification and compliance requirements
under International Maritime Organization and Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore guidelines (e.g., STCW, flag state requirements) Maintain accurate and up-to-date
