Crewing Manager

Faststream is recruiting on behalf of a well-established maritime organisation in Dubai for a Crewing Manager to oversee crewing operations across a fleet of small vessels. This position will suit an experienced Crewing Manager looking for their next challenge or a senior Crewing Coordinator who is ready to step into a management role and take on greater responsibility.

• Manage crew planning and rotations to ensure operational requirements are met
• Oversee crew mobilisation, certification, travel arrangements and compliance
• Support recruitment activities and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified seafarers
• Liaise with vessel management teams, manning agencies, and other stakeholders
• Monitor crewing costs, reporting, and workforce planning
• Ensure compliance with maritime regulations and company procedures
