Job Description
We're Hiring: CRM Business Functional Tester
Are you someone who speaks both business and tech? We're looking for a CRM Functional Tester who can turn complex business workflows into air‑tight test cases — and make sure nothing slips through the cracks before it reaches end users.
Unlike a pure technical tester, this role is all about business logic, workflows, and user experience.
What You’ll Do- Analyze BRDs & FSDs — build test plans with full traceability to business requirements
- Functional & E2E Testing — Lead Management, Opportunity tracking, Case Management, Campaign automation
- Data Integrity & Integration — verify data flows, RBAC permissions, and dashboard accuracy
- Defect Management — log bugs in Jira/Azure DevOps, run regression tests, communicate business impact
- UAT Support — guide stakeholders, prepare test data, translate tech findings into plain language
