Job Description
We're on the hunt for a curious, data-loving CRM Campaign Specialist to help us keep our customers clicking, tapping, opening and coming back for more. Working alongside our CRM Manager, you'll help bring our lifecycle marketing strategy to life across Email, Push Notifications, Whats App and whatever CRM magic comes next.
Responsibilities:CRM Campaign Management
Build, QA, schedule and deploy CRM campaigns across Email, Push Notifications and Whats App.
Coordinate campaign execution to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time.
Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Ensure all campaigns meet brand and quality standards.
Lifecycle Marketing
Assist in executing and optimising automated customer journeys,
including: Welcome Series, Browse Abandonment, Cart Abandonment, Post Purchase, Win-back, Re-engagement, Promotional Journeys
