Together with CRM Manager, The Junior CRM Data Scientist (CRM & CI Executive) drives CRM strategy & company growth by leveraging full potential of consumer data. Bring analytic and technical expertise to support consumer-centric omnichannel journey in a multi-brand environment. Contribute into building personalized relationships with consumers by providing key data insights and trends, supporting market research initiatives, and enabling relevant personalized and targeted communications.

Responsibilities

• Work in partnership with CRM Manager to drive CRM strategy and enable faster and better decision-making process, based on the consumer insights, for a variety of brands

• Build consumer data expertise and own data quality, provide inputs and suggestions for data architecture improvements

• Master usage of CRM & marketing systems (Braze, CDP, BI & BO) combined with Data Science skills
