We are looking for a CRM Data & Support Coordinator to join La Fosse and play a hands-on role in keeping our commercial database accurate, well-maintained and easy to use, while providing light-touch IT support to the wider team.
La Fosse is on an exciting journey of digital transformation, and our CRM (Bullhorn) is the platform our consultants and commercial teams rely on every day. Getting the data right, and keeping it right, is fundamental to everything else we want to achieve.
This is an operational, detail-focused role that sits at the intersection of data quality, frontline commercial support and light-touch IT. You will be the first port of call for CRM queries from the business, you will own the day-to-day data cleansing, record management and administrative tasks that underpin the integrity of our platform, and you will help our consultants with basic hardware and desk-level IT questions.
