Job Description
As a CRM Engineer at StarHub – IS Divisions, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and operating our core Customer Relationship Management and Order Management platforms that power StarHub’s Consumer Business operations.
This role focuses on engineering scalable and resilient CRM OM solutions within the telecom domain, supporting customer onboarding, product lifecycle management, sales journeys, and fulfillment orchestration.
Operating within a DevOps model, you will take ownership of both build and run responsibilities, delivering production-ready systems with strong reliability, observability, and automation practices across cloud-native environments.
