Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Assess, plan, implement and evaluate the anesthesia needs of patients undergoing obstetrical, surgical and/or invasive procedures. A CRNA will work under the leadership of the Lead CRNA. It is anticipated that each CRNA will make decisions that require expert clinical judgment and will do so in collaboration with physicians, patients, patient families, and other departments. Employee is subject to call back and overtime as required by the hospital.

Essential Job Functions:

• Maintain a positive work environment and contribute to the overall team effort of the department and hospital.
• Greet guests in accordance to our Guest Excellence principles.
• Follow practice guidelines set forth by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA). Assemble and check all needed equipment prior to patient's arrival to surgical suite.
