About the role
We are seeking a CRO Strategist to join our specialised CX & Digital team and help drive conversion optimisation across key APAC markets.
Reporting to the Web Innovation & Performance Manager, this role will lead the planning, execution and reporting of CRO initiatives across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Hong Kong. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, designers, developers, analytics specialists and external partners to identify opportunities, test new ideas and improve digital customer journeys.
