Cross-Border Payroll Manager Role

Frontier Dental is hiring a Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations across the U.S. and Canada. This role demands strong regulatory knowledge and cross-border expertise.

In this position, you'll manage payroll administration, compliance, and internal controls, working closely with both HR and Finance. Your leadership will drive effective payroll systems and reporting processes, ensuring accurate payroll management across diverse jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee end-to-end payroll for U.S. and Canada • Manage payroll tax filings and compliance • Review payroll journal entries and accruals • Support payroll audits and regulatory inquiries • Develop payroll reporting standards and analytics

Requirements: • Bachelor's in relevant field • Minimum 5 years of payroll management experience • Strong knowledge of ACA and CRA reporting • Multi-location healthcare experience preferred • CPP or PCP certification an advantage
