Cross-disciplinary Controls Lead Analyst

Duties: Support the assessment of the effectiveness of existing controls, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing necessary changes. Create controls enhancements focused on increasing efficiency and reducing risk. Assist in the execution of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework and adherence with Risk Management and Compliance Policies. Help support the MCA program, including the annual/semi-annual/quarterly/monthly attestation, quality oversight, and related reporting. Assist in the execution of the MCA in accordance with the ORM Policy & Framework, as well as applicable Policies, Standards, and Procedures. Help assess activities and processes as per required Policies, Standards and Procedures to strengthen risk management quality.
