Cruise Ship Butcher & Meat Prep Specialist

Royal Caribbean Group is looking for an experienced Butcher to work on board in Spain, Galicia. The role includes thawing, butchering, and preparing meats and poultry, ensuring food safety and cleanliness according to USPH standards.

Candidates must have at least three years of experience in upscale settings and be knowledgeable about proper cleaning techniques. The position may include training and varied responsibilities under the supervision of the Head Butcher and Executive Chef.
