Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for supervision for Archi works, but is also required to conduct basic M&E inspection works under guidance of M&E QAQC consultant, eg during ceiling & wall closure inspection.
- Serves as the developer's full time on- site resident representative to ensure the Quality, Environment, Health and Safety requirements are properly in-place and implemented on site.
- Essential to have good knowledge and experience in carrying out site supervision and inspecting architectural works to ensure works are of quality standards in accordance with contractual requirements and authority standards
- Good team player who can oversee and ensure contractor proceeds to the next stage of construction in accordance with design, specifications and approved drawings/ method statements
- Monitor progress of works on site and report problems/ delays if any
