Job Summary
Assists the Loan Processing Head in all his/her responsibilities, including checking and approving loan applications, ensuring that all loan applications are processed and approved / decided on according to the standards, policies and guidelines of the Bank.
Responsibilities
- Supervises credit assistants in performing front end processing for salary loan.
- Overseeing that proper checking, validation, documentation, filing, loan computation, reporting, and all other collections and credit processes are done properly and in a timely manner.
- Assists QA in training new hires and existing staff needing refresher course.
