CSOS and Sectional Title Administrator

An experienced CSOS & Sectional Title Administrator with proven Community Schemes Ombud Service (CSOS) and Sectional Title administration experience is required in Table View (Cape Town)

Applicants without Sectional Title and CSOS administration experience will not be considered.

This role requires a highly organised administrator with experience supporting Sectional Title portfolios, managing CSOS compliance and submissions, levy administration, accounts and general property management administration. 
Minimum Requirements

• 3–5 years' Property Administration experience within the Property Management industry.
