Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound communication (calls, emails, chats) to assist customers promptly and professionally
• Respond to inquiries about products, services, orders, deliveries, and billing with accurate and up-to-date information
• Process and monitor customer orders using the ERP system or order management tools, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, warehouse) to ensure timely and complete order fulfillment
• Fresh graduates are welcome

Working Location
