- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Spanish and English.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Resolve customer complaints, inquiries, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Document all interactions clearly in the CRM or ticketing system.
- Assist customers with account updates, billing questions, orders, and technical issues.
- Translate or interpret information between English-speaking staff and Spanish-speaking customers when required.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to supervisors or appropriate departments.
- Follow company quality standards, call scripts, and compliance guidelines.
- Support email, chat, or social media customer service channels when assigned.
